S03 merge code will print the greeting codes and data as follows:

• 0=Mr./Ms. and the last name
• 1=Mr. and the last name                                 
• 2=Ms. and the last name                                 
• 3=Parents of and the first and last name                         
• 4=Sirs                            
• 5=Estate of and the first and last name     

S24 merge code will print the greeting codes as follows:

• 0=The first and last name
• 1=Mr. and the first and last name                                 
• 2=Ms. and the first and last name                                 
• 3=Parents of and the first and last name                         
• 4=The last and first name combined into 1 word                            
• 5=Estate of and the first and last name
