The F9 Payment Arrangement Function Key does not Always Present the Same Payment Arrangement Window

The system is designed to remember the last payment arrangement screen the user used and return to that screen the next time the user takes the F9 option. For example, if the user sets up a non-linear arrangement for a debtor and then 20 minutes later takes the F9 option for a new debtor, the user will be presented with the non-linear arrangement screen. This is done for efficiency reasons.
