Agent not Receiving Inbound Calls on their 2nd Extension

Things to look for:

1) Is the agent in the huntgroup - Check the hunt group on the I-Series

2) Is the agent available- They agent must F7 all the way back (Hit enter when the window is displayed asking them if hey want to disconnect the call) otherwise, they are not eligible to recieve another IB call.

3) If this is a new inbound extension, you must recycle the mini-server in order for it to take affect.

4) Look at whether you are doing round robin or priority. If doing priority, it is possible than an agent never recieves an IB call.
