Changing Existing Area Codes on Accounts

If a state adds/changes an area code you will need to update any existing accounts on the system.

• Go to the utilities menu (UT in the ready for option field)
• Take option change area codes for accounts and clients
• Key in the prefixes that need to be changed
• Key in the current area code and the new area code
• You can hold the job or run it immediately

Note: This options will also update any client phone numbers have the same area code and exchange on the client master
