Allowing a User to Change ACat and QCat Codes

A user can change an ACat and QCat code if 1 or combinations of all of the following exist in (system control menu – system security)

•  Has ability to close accounts
•  Has access to management menu
•  User is not a collector

Note: This does not effect changing an ACat or QCat using the action lines of a smart code.
