Base W11-W20 Merge Codes

• They will only include accounts that belong to the same client number
• They will not include closed inactive or closed paid in full (close code 1) accounts
• Letter code must be set up as a linked letter

The data supplied is:

PATIENT NAME, CLIENT ACCT#, LAST TRANSACTION DATE, TOTAL ACCOUNT BALANCE

NOTE: For a total linked balance for the accounts that qualify, you must use merge code W1T (TOTAL BALANCE FROM W11-W20)
