Activating QCat 997

 To use QCat 997 you must activate the field “new business option (blank,Y,0,1,2,3)” (system control menu - system parameters) 

• QCat 997 will allow you to work an account for up to 45 days while keeping it as new business
• Once a contact is made on the account, it will no longer appear in QCat 997 regardless of the age of the account

NOTE: Do not apply system generated QCats to accounts, they are reserved for the system only.
