Allowing a User to view some System Control Files but not change, create or delete

If you want to allow a user to view some System Control Files BUT not be able to update them, this can be done providing:

The User has access to the Management Menu, no Access to System Control Menu and no access to Control Files in Security.

Then they can use the shortcut SC by typing that in the Ready for Option field.

These are the areas they will be able to view but not change - create or delete.

• Contact series
• Close codes
• Work groups
• Letter codes
