Allowing a collector to access the Client Master Settlement Rules

To allow a user to view the Settlement rules that are set up at the Client master level, the userID must be set up with access to the Management menu within System security

The collector can then use the F12-Rules option on the Settlement Letters screen at the account level to view the information
