Direct Checks and Post Dated Checks Facts

Direct checks must be added, changed and deleted from the account level. 

• This gives the user more control and flexibility
• There is no physical check involved
• Data is stored in both the SCDCHK and SCPOSTD files
• Post dated check letter will be sent if System Controls set up

Post dated checks must be added, changed and deleted from the post dated check options on the payment transaction menu.

• Control of the post dated checks must belong to specific users in a controlled environment
