Understanding the Line Items on the METRO2 Credit Reporting Report

The report fields are as follows:

  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED = number of accounts in file
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS NEW BUSINESS = number of accounts reported as new business
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS PAID IN FULL = number of accounts reported as new business
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS SETTLED IN FULL = number of accounts reported as settled in full
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS CHAPTER 07 = number of accounts reported as chapter 7 bankruptcy
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS CHAPTER 11 = number of accounts reported as chapter 11 bankruptcy
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS CHAPTER 12 = number of accounts reported as chapter 12 bankruptcy
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS CHAPTER 13 = number of accounts reported as chapter 13 bankruptcy
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS REMOVE BANKRUPTCY STATUS = number of accounts reported as bankruptcy status removed
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS ERROR = number of accounts reported as withdrawn
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS A DISPUTED ACCOUNT = number of accounts reported as dispute
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED AS A RESOLVED DISPUTED ACCOUNT = number of accounts reported as dispute resolved
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED FOR BALANCE REPORTING = ONLY appears with Balance reporting option - number of accounts reported as balance change
  • TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED FOR ALL ACCOUNTS = ONLY appears with ALL reporting option - number of accounts reported as NO change to previous status

NOTE: All line items should total up to the top line item - TOTAL # OF ACCOUNTS REPORTED
