Recording error messages-
Are you seeing -
A message at the bottom of the account screen - ‘stop recording request telephony error'?
and/or messages in the alert monitor showing ‘failed to allocate DSP channel for call progress analysis’ and ‘failed to allocate DSP channel for recording’.
You may also be out of space on your recordings drive. Check to ensure there is enough disk space and if not move recordings and other files to free up the space.
*Please recycle services and let us know if the issues persist. This may be a DSP issue and/or the STG may need upgraded.
